The Franchisor and Franchisee are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
WHEREAS Mars Gurukul is engaged in Business Mentoring and Coaching, Mentoring of Entrepreneurs, Consultancy and Advisory Services to Businesses, Organizing various Business Seminars and Workshops and Consulting Entrepreneurs to Implement their Business Plans.
AND WHEREAS Franchisee is desirous of acquiring from “Mars Gurukul” the license to operate the Business Model with the name “Mars Gurukul”, to launch a marketing campaign and conduct sales activity, to form and conduct sessions of new batches of Mars Gurukul (6 Months) Foundation Course upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
AND WHEREAS Franchisee is desirous of acquiring from “Mars Gurukul” the license to operate the Business Model with the name “Mars Gurukul”, to launch a marketing campaign and conduct sales activity, to form and conduct sessions of new batches of Mars Gurukul (6 Months) Foundation Course upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Who Can Become Franchise
• To Generate at least 20 leads in a Month.
• To form at least 1 batch per 2 months with minimum 10 participants per batch.
• To finalize venue and session arrangements.
• To organize and attend review meetings..
• To organize at least one workshop (sales ,people management) in a month.
• To promote events on social media in co-ordination with mars gurukul team.
• To organize and conduct presentations in various business organizations.
• To take appointments for one to one meetings.
• To prepare lead management report.
• To organize 100 crore community event once 3 month.
• To keep accounts of all the events.
• To recover entire fees, contributions from participants.
